Terms of Use

This is a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Little Student (“Little Student”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and you, the user (“You” or “Your”), governing your use of the Little Student Platform.

The Platform is offered conditioned on your acceptance—without modification—of these terms. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related notices.

Little Student may change these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Information and activities available through the Platform are for educational and developmental purposes only and are not a substitute for professional judgment of licensed medical, therapeutic, or educational professionals.

Little Student is not engaged in the practice of medicine, psychology, or therapy. The app should not be relied upon as medical or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, therapy, or legal decisions. Your reliance on Platform information or activities is at your own risk.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you will not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• In a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.
• To upload, post, or distribute inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• To attempt unauthorized access, introduce viruses, or disrupt the Platform.
• For commercial resale or redistribution of content without written consent.

The Platform may contain user-generated content (e.g., progress notes or feedback). Little Student does not verify all such content and disclaims responsibility for accuracy.

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify Little Student immediately of any unauthorized use. Little Student is not liable for loss or damages resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to safeguard credentials.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of activities, features, and subscription services; however, we do not warrant that such descriptions are error-free. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

All content, code, software, images, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Little Student or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute content without written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Little Student is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Little Student may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support@thelittlestudent.com.

Little Student employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, no system is fully secure, and Little Student shall not be held responsible for breaches beyond its reasonable control.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Little Student shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from use of the Platform.

All technology, activities, games, AI models, and designs within the Platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Little Student and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify Little Student against claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the United Arab Emirates.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Little Student regarding use of the Platform.
